Power Spirit

24×36 inch, Acrylic on Canvas
2023

Power Spirit presents a green dragon’s tail wrapped firmly around a luminous gold bar, creating a concentrated symbol of strength, prosperity, and the will to hold on to what has value. The composition removes the dragon’s face and body from view, allowing one decisive gesture to carry the entire narrative. The coiled tail communicates control, determination, and protective instinct, while the gold becomes a focal point of material desire and earned achievement.

Dragon imagery has long been connected with elemental force, good fortune, transformation, and abundance. The shimmering green scales reinforce associations with growth, vitality, renewal, and financial energy. At the same time, the painting leaves room for a more complex question: do we possess wealth, or does the pursuit of wealth possess us? This tension between command and attachment gives the image meaning beyond its immediate visual impact.

Painted in acrylic on canvas, Power Spirit is a contemporary symbolic artwork for collectors drawn to dragon art, prosperity imagery, wealth symbolism, success, ambition, and modern spiritual painting. Its vivid green-and-gold palette makes it a memorable statement piece for a home, office, business interior, or private collection, bringing an atmosphere of focus, confidence, abundance, and transformational energy.
